We had such a great time here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and constantly replenished — no waiting around for your favorites. There was a fantastic variety of hot dishes, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste. Our team really enjoyed the visit. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. It was a fun and relaxing night, and every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!
I don’t know what it’s about the Cabramatta Butchers buffet location, however, I rate it more highly than Chinatown and Strathfield. For some reason I find the meat quality and taste different..,, which is weird as I’m sure all the locations have the same supplier and most likely get their food items delivered via the same truck. The meats were well stocked and so were the sides and other items. Customer service was very friendly and welcoming.
Overall is pretty good experience, quick services for changing the charcoal plate. But my bro got burnt a few times 😂 give a minus one star.
Staff were rude and didn't acknowledge my group when we brought to their attention about finding a hair in our rice. No apology was made and we had to ask for our plates that had rice on them be taken away. The general restaurant needed a good scrub and also had gas lines on the floor making trip hazards behind our table!!! Compared to other locations this one is the worst. Meat selection was basic and felt like alot of the same things cut different ways Sides were warm at best and desserts looked like they had been sitting out for days.
The food was great and we really enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately, one of the staff members was quite rude. We were polite to her throughout our visit and always said “thank you,” but she ignored us every time. She also had an unfriendly expression, which made us feel unwelcome. I hope the customer service improves because the food itself was excellent.
