Cute little joint The customer service is nil. They don't tell bother explaining their menu, you just scan the QR code and go from there. There's a buffet section towards the back of the venue but you wouldn't know unless you ask the worker or observe "monkey see monkey do" We ordered 3 cans of Coke and when we followed it up with the worker walking past he replied "your drink is being made...." Shortly after 3 cans of Coke came out 😂 The food is decent but it's not great like how the foodie influencer makes it out to be. If you're a first timer for kbbq style food then this is a nice experience otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

This was a decent KBBQ experience as it was at such a unique location! The atmosphere was quite vibey as it felt like you were camping. The quality of the meat was average, variety of the foods available for the standard buffet was alright. We did have to pay $6 for our 10 month old who literally only ate 2 slices of watermelon 😭 Would only recommend if you were in the area and wanting a buffet-style KBBQ which is slightly cheaper than Butchers Buffet. Staff were friendly and because it is not indoors, it might get hot if the weather is hot as well.

Parking: Be aware that there is no parking directly in front of store as it is on a main road, you'll have to park on the dead end street near the restaurant and walk a very short distance. Food: not many options in comparison to other KBBQ and Hotpot places. The food was good. I would recommend this place for a date night, but not really larger groups as the cooking devices aren't really that convenient (we had a group of 7). Little to no options for dessert provided. Service: Pretty shocking. You will not be checked up on, you don't even get given tongs to start with (you have to ask someone where they are located), used plates will not be taken unless you ask someone, hotpot is not filled with extra liquid unless you call someone. Usually at these type of establishments, workers are walking around making sure everything is okay but this was not the case for this place. When we ordered drinks, it took 10+ minutes until I eventually got up and asked someone if the order went through for beverages. Atmosphere: Make sure you go bathroom well before or save your bathroom trip for when you get back home. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. I would've rated higher for atmosphere because the general vibe of the place altogether is nice with lights and a projector screen for music.

I came on a Sunday afternoon and had a really nice time. The staff were very helpful and made our experience enjoyable. The food was decent, with a wide variety of meats and sides to choose from. I especially liked the option to pay with a QR code, it made things much easier, especially since we were a large group. The staff also helped us right away with a high chair for a child, which made for a pleasant and welcoming start to our evening. I really liked the atmosphere it has this rustic, old-fashioned style backyard that I found very charming.
