If you’re the type of person who gets excited over fresh seafood, Late Night Table is definitely worth adding to your list. The 5Hap sashimi platter was the main reason I wanted to visit and seeing it arrive at the table was honestly a bit of a wow moment. The combination of uni, scallop, amaebi, salmon roe and tuna tasted incredibly fresh, and wrapping everything together in the seaweed sheets made every bite so satisfying. We also ordered the grilled pork jowl with fried rice and this was probably my favourite hot dish of the night. The pork was juicy, smoky and packed with flavour, while the fried rice soaked up all those delicious juices perfectly. The corn ribs were another standout and came coated in a seasoning that had us constantly reaching back for more. And to wash everything down, we ordered some makgeolli and I found this to be very smooth, slightly sweet and surprisingly easy to drink. Service was friendly, clams were fresh. Will be back if I crave for marinated intestines. Was sitting outside and not sure if they had background music (would’ve been a nice touch!) however it was easy to catch up with friends because of that.
The Mog Champ sends his regards. A nice Korean restaurant that certainly gives the "Late Night" vibe, although we visited while the sun was still up we enjoyed the clam pasta and prosciutto melon. The servings were definitely enough for two people but we would love to try other things on the menu next time too. The service was quick and the atmosphere has a good vibe during the day and I'd assume an even better vibe at night. Thanks for the dinner Late Night Table. Mogliest Regards, Your Mog Champ
Risotto is really good... The intestines were also surprisingly pretty good too! (Photo attached below). Offers inside and outside dining areas. Please note that no minors are allowed past 4pm and the prices can be a little steep for some of the items. Have dined here a couple of times and will be back for sure!
Been here many times and they have never disappointed me! The food as always is a hearty serving size and full of flavour. Sometimes the kitchen output is slower due to demand, but the service by the staff is professional and excellent always. Today we had the: Cockle and beef tartare bibimbap - cockles are slightly chewy so not for those who don’t like that, but I loved it. The beef tartare was frozen which was a mistake on their kitchen’s part and the team kindly rectified for us. Flavour-wise, the kimchi rice is very good, and the (thawed) beef tartare was fine. Uni pasta - very interesting combination, I personally thought there was too much olive oil, but the flavouring was there. Quite rich, herby and seafoody flavour strong as expected. Corn ribs (no picture) - very flavourful powder atop of what seems to be grilled corn cut into "ribs". The powder is addictive and you can't stop eating it. The corn leaned towards the overcooked side but it has a nice grilled texture and still retained a bit of sweetness. Other recommendations of dishes I have had in the past is their Clam pasta or Prawn cream pasta and makgeolli with honeycomb. Prawn cream pasta I have had many times, always delicious, feels a bit heavy afterwards but definitely a large plate made to share. Rich and obviously creamy, but the seasoning is adequate and plenty of prawn.
