Did a walk-in to order a take out to visit family members near the area. Stinking hot day, was so glad the restaurant was much cooler. Was quite and easy to order, service was great but it does take some time to prep what I've ordered. 😜 Food tasted great 😃 my daughter and friends were happy with the meals we brought over.

Tonight (1/7/2026), we ordered the Snow Cheese Chicken for dinner. We've always enjoyed ordering from this restaurant because the quality has consistently been excellent, even though it's on the pricier side. We've ordered from this restaurant many times through Uber Eats and have also picked up orders ourselves. Even when we've driven around 30 minutes home after collecting the food, the chicken has always been hot, juicy, fresh, and full of flavour. That's why tonight's experience was so disappointing. The order was scheduled through Uber Eats for delivery between 5:45 pm and 6:15 pm, and we received it at around 6:00 pm. Our workplace is only about 11 minutes from the restaurant, so we don't believe the delivery time alone explains why the food arrived almost cold. The chicken was dry, lacked the usual cheesy flavour, and simply wasn't as tasty as we're used to. The chicken appeared to have been prepared some time earlier before pickup or had been sitting for some time, but we can't say for certain. We contacted the restaurant to raise our concerns. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging that there may have been an issue with the food, the responsibility was placed on Uber Eats. While delivery can sometimes affect food quality, our previous Uber Eats orders have consistently arrived hot and fresh, so this explanation didn't seem consistent with our past experiences. My colleague also felt that the staff member who answered the phone was defensive rather than understanding of our concerns. We're leaving this review because we've always had positive experiences with this restaurant and have recommended it to others. We hope this was simply a one-off and that both the food quality and customer service return to the high standard we've come to expect.

Delicious Korean dishes with lots of serving per order. We recommend their kimchi soup, chicken and beef dishes. Waiting time for the order can take a long time and finding parking space is not the easiest.

Food is super. The black bean noodles have a firey taste to it!! Chicken is super crispy and delicious. Service is okay. Not much interaction with customers—quiet, and almost silent? Nonetheless, food was good.

I had the two dishes and knew straight away that the chef knows how to prepare good Korean food. Chili squid was very tasty even for my high Korean food standard and soft tofu was spot on. It’s very rare to have a good Korean restaurant in Blacktown and they’re very lucky to have this restaurant. I give this place 4 bears
