I have attended Abla's Granville on three separate occasions over the past three weeks. Each time I have been 100% satisfied with the variety of Baklawa, sweet decadent smells inside the shop and the amazing friendly and professionalism by the staff. Especially by Milad and Zena, who make you feel so welcomed and their service is exceptional. They helped and advised me with selecting the Lebanese sweets and pastries. The taste is sensational and amazing. I will definitely be back and I encourage you to attend Abla's, see and taste for yourself. You will not be disappointed. A very happy customer here. 5 βοΈ rating ππΎππΎ
Got this today from a friend who bought this package yesterday on the way home from our trip together. And without checking I took this package today to BBQ gathering with my friends. Everyone spat it out straight away just like I did. It was very embarrassing at my end to bring something that not only itβs EXPIRED, NOT ENJOYABLE but make it worse itβs SPOILED. I am really hoping that no one had sore tummy after this. That would be my nightmares. Since I did not buy this, I do not really know what is this. But it was soggy to touch and if you look at the image, there were discolouration (greenish) in some part of it. I expect from a shop that made everything in house (as I google it) it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check and ensure your produce isnβt expired. Surely you familiar with FIFO term. First in first out. Obviously you have FaILED us and perhaps your other consumers
I was served by Maya today, so lovely and welcoming. My family and I have been coming to Abla since my childhood. Itβs always out go to Lebanese sweet shop
Walked in to pickup a selection of cakes. Absolutely love the variety of cakes to choose from. But the winner for me was the coconut cookies! Childhood memories 2.0 as soon as I took a bite! Love, love LOVE these! The friendly staff saw me have a moment of cookies love and handed me a napkin filled with more! Can't ask for better service coupled with nostalgic moments.
