It had been years since we last visited, and it reminded us why we used to come here all the time! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We had such a great time catching up with friends over amazing food. Can’t wait to come back!

Went to Al Aseel for dinner and the dine-in experience was good. But the service experience at the end left a bad impression. I asked for baklava takeaway and was told it comes as a set of 6 for $16, so I agreed expecting 6 baklavas. When I got home and opened the box, there were only 4 baklavas and 2 completely different sweets mixed in. The staff who packed didn’t mention this at the counter or checked if I was okay with substitutions. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication — it felt like the remaining pieces were just packed together to clear stock rather than being transparent with the customer. A simple “we only have 4 baklavas left, would you like mixed sweets instead?” would have avoided the issue completely. Food and dine-in service were good overall, but this part honestly felt misleading and unnecessary.

Had a really great experience at Al Aseel Restaurant Penrith. The surrounding environment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for dining with family and friends. The atmosphere felt relaxing and well managed. The manager and staff were very hospitable, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. Their customer service made us feel welcomed from the moment we entered. The food was also fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good food, a nice environment, and warm hospitality.

Al Aseel is a spacious restaurant with a great open layout and views, perfect for a relaxing meal. The menu is diverse, with options for kids too. Friendly staff specially Jordyn H welcome you right at the door, making the experience even better. Also another good thing is that everything is Halal. While prices might be a bit high for some, the quality and ambiance make it worth a try. Highly recommend!

We went for diner and having lime and garlic chicken, the medly, prawn , lychi mocktail. The medly was not worth the pricing according to taste and presentation.lychi mocktail was full of ice and full lemon cuttings. Very disappointed. Definitely recommend the prawn item- Tangy, deliciously cooked and the lemon garlic chicken 👌🏻
