Stopped by Saliba Brothers Falafel Kiosk in Rosebery for a quick bite and went with the falafel wrap. The falafel was freshly made and had that crisp-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside texture, and everything in the wrap tasted fresh and well balanced. Portions were solid, and it hit the spot without feeling heavy. Service was quick and friendly, which is exactly what you want for a takeaway-style place. There’s a small seating area available and it’s perfectly OK for a casual sit-down, though it’s not really set up for lingering. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re in the area and want something fast, tasty, and satisfying. One thing that would make it even better: adding coffee to the drinks menu would be a top addition.

The falafel wraps were so good, the falafel was not dry at all and was still crispy on the outside so u know it was freshly made, which we could see them making whilst waiting. Really nice people and will definitely be coming back for more. The price as well is really good for what ur getting so would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to the canary.

The falafel wrap is the best I have ever had! The service was amazing and I waited not even a couple of minutes! In saying that, the quality of the wrap was immaculate. The warm falafel paired with the tahini sauce and the pickles was delicious! Would highly recommend!
