I called the Epping Hotel Bottle Shop, Super Cellars, on Sunday night at 9:30pm to check whether they had the Canadian Club Premium Dry 10-pack in stock. I asked him five or six times specifically for the Premium version. Every single time, he just kept telling me they had the normal CC & Dry 10-pack. When I pointed out he wasn't answering my question, he got patronising and said, 'We don't want to ruin your night. ' Then I went to report it to the duty manager, and he was being patronising as well. It shows what type of business they're running when the staff, including the duty manager, have no standards of service and no care for the company they work for. They will never get a single dollar off me again.

Friendly staff, drive through is definately a plus, a tad more expensive than dan Murphy's but they are open until late... Good fix for a last minute stock up..🍻

My recent visit to a bottle shop was a positive experience overall, and I would rate it 4 stars. However, I did notice that the exit and entry doors were not well-maintained. The hinges were loose and the doors were difficult to open and close, which could pose a safety risk to customers. Despite this issue, I was impressed with the selection and quality of the products and the helpfulness of the staff. I would recommend this bottle shop to others, but I would also urge the management to address the door issue as soon as possible to ensure the safety and convenience of their customers.

This bottle shop often has expired cocktail boxes and other expired goods for sale, at one point the cocktail boxes were bulging and over 2 years out of date. Today I went in, stood in front of the fridge for 2 minutes picking which bottle of wine I wanted. The male staff member with the pony tail watched me the whole time. As I selected it he came over and then while I was paying for it he accused me of stealing and asked to check my handbag. How he thought I had time or space in it to steal anything I don’t know. I showed him and said I wasn’t in here long enough to even take anything (there was no one else in the store at this time and he kept making me show him more despite being at the bottom of my bag). When I left he didn’t even apologise for the accusation. You need to do better otherwise people will go to one of the many other bottle shops in Epping. The other staff member is much nicer and more helpful.

You just can't match them, in prices display or variety....Last but not the least friendly service. Keep it up guys lot better than big stores. They beat them by everything they do.
