⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Hainan Chicken Rice in Sydney! Hands down the best Hainan chicken rice I’ve had in Sydney. In a city where inflation has pushed food prices through the roof, this place is incredibly cheap for what you get. The portions are generous, the service is lightning-fast, and the food hits the spot perfectly. Best of all, it has that exact same, authentic taste as the original Malay Chinese on Hunter Street. An absolute inner west gem for a quick, affordable, and delicious meal!
I would describe this place as quick, affordable and tasty. The menu is focused on providing the key Malaysian dishes. You order at the counter and pick up your meals from the counter within like 2 mins! The chicken laksa is good, the broth was very tasty.
Malaysia Chinese Eatery, Ashfield — We ordered the prawn laksa and prawn char kway teow; both were tasty and good value for money. The char kway teow was enjoyable, though it would be even better with lap cheong and more seafood. It would be great to see an upgrade option with razor clams, prawns, and cockles. Overall, a reliable cheap eat, similar to their previous Hunter Street location.
Y'all can see what I got. Worse than it should be. Small portion and I get all small pieces char kway teow and plenty bean sprouts. Am I order fried bean sprouts with topping char kway teori? I pay this thing for 18 dollar. Good money for them but never mine I'll never going here anymore
An Ashfield mainstay for a reason 🙏. Tried the Hainan Chicken Rice and Char Kway Teow, and both were super fragrant and satisfying 👏. The menu’s pretty small, so you can’t really go wrong with whatever you pick 😁. Staff were friendly and helpful 😌, and the place was very clean and well kept ✨. You order and pay at the counter first, grab a table, then collect your food when your number’s called 👍.
