Delicious Malaysian food. We enjoyed the chicken curry and beef skewers, which were tasty.

Our lunch at Mamak yesterday. We had the Mamak rojak, roti, nasi lemak and fried chicken. The rojak was beautifully presented and tasted great as usual. however, the crackers on top could have been crispier as it was an important textural element of the dish. (A good dish to try if you never had it before, dressing is sweet and not spicy) The nasi lemak was good, the coconut rice was perfectly cooked, sambal was good too. We always enjoyed the fried chicken and we ordered them at every visit. Roti was a bit disappointing, a little bland and soft, it is supposed to have a crispy exterior that pulls apart with layers inside. Must say I was also not too keen on the ordering via app at the table, it lacked the personal touch, not giving new customers a chance to ask questions about the dishes without actually calling a staff over; and restaurant missed the opportunity to introduce the dishes and perhaps upsell. Staff didn't not offer the option of ordering with them directly. After all that said, we had an enjoyable lunch.

food is still amazing but the sambal unfortunately has gotten a bit overly salty and less spicy. other than that its still a great restaurant!

Tried this place after a long time, was a bit disappointed. sambal was a let down as it was on the sweater side, which basically ruined undang. Nasi goreng was ordinary nothing special. Roti canai was best of the lot which I enjoyed.
