Ordered the Nasi Lemak Burger and Pappa Satay Burger. Both chicken was cooked perfectly and loved the sauce of the two burgers as well. Toasted Hainan Sandwich with Butter and Kaya tasted great. Did not overdo the toast. Satay chicken skewer was a disappointment. Tiny portion of chicken skewed on the stick and was dried and chewy. For that price point, I would say it was a total rip off to the customer. Don't order it. ☹️
This has got to be the worst Pappa Rich branch I've been to. Their biryani chicken was so dry, it was inedible. The rice biryani had barely any flavours to it. Just because you've coloured it doesn't make it a biryani. Where's the spices? The whole dish itself was seve barely warm. The pakora, raita and the rest of the side dish had no flavour. A very disappointing experience considering I've dined in Pappa Rich at different locations in Sydney and in Melbourne. And not long after my husband and I got home, our stomach turned. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Disappointed on my visit today, got chicken hainese rice and the soup broth was nice but rest was oily and to be honest very gross. The chicken was so dry and had a weird medicine flavour, the chicken was all brown on inside and wasn’t fresh at all… also we realised the chicken skin had so many feathers ?! What kind of restaurant sells hainese chicken with little feathers picking out of the skin 😂 not good, go to another place as there is so much better in Chatswood! So much regret as we paid so much!
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your establishment. The food that was served to me was raw and not properly cooked. Serving undercooked food is a serious health concern and is unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the quality control and food safety standards.
We tried the noodles which were good and the biryani ( it wasn’t up to standard for what biryani is) It’s halal It has self service.
