The restaurant was clean, had a really nice vibe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Fried Kuey Teow, Beef Wan Tan Hor and Roti Canai and everything was just SO good. The Kuey Teow had that perfect smoky flavour, the Wan Tan Hor was rich and hearty, and the Roti Canai was crispy and buttery just the way it should be. We ordered Tropical Lime, Lychee Soda & Iced Teh Tarek, all so good! The menu selection is also great so there’s plenty to choose from. Definitely coming back! ​​​​​​​​​​​

Not one to write bad reviews. But was disappointed with the food and service we received today. They served us chicken skewers that were still raw inside. We sent it back and they gave us a new batch, but it was still undercooked. We brought it up again and they said it’s normal to be pink inside…. Id rather not get sick thank you. Everything else was alright.

Went for dinner and had a booking. Waited a few minutes and no one acknowledged us until we asked. Ordered drinks to start and they gave a receipt. Then ordered a starter and our mains, starter came in decent time but mains took well over 20 mins and came separately. First main came, and then rest of them came after 15 mins when the first main was nearly finished. One meal didn’t even arrive until we asked as it wasn’t entered into the system properly. Staff were frazzled and not talkative, took two times to ask for water and tissues. Restaurant was busy, however the dinner service needs an extra worker to manage the demands. Tea cups were also not very cleaned. Food was good and large portions for the price.

Absolutely fantastic experience at PappaRich Macquarie Park! The food was fresh, full of authentic Malaysian flavours, and beautifully presented. Every dish we ordered was delicious — especially the roti and curries, which were perfectly balanced and rich in taste. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, even during busy hours. The staff made us feel very welcome and ensured everything was served promptly. The restaurant was clean, well-organised, and had a great atmosphere for both family dining and casual catch-ups. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality Malaysian cuisine in Macquarie Park. Will definitely be coming back again!

I recently visited PappaRich and had a great experience. Portions were generous and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, though it can get busy. Overall, a solid spot for authentic Malaysian food.
