It was my first time trying Malaysian Indian food and I’m honestly wondering why I didn’t try it sooner. I visited Papparich Parramatta and had such a great experience. I initially came to try their limited time Malaysian Icon Burger combos with lemonade includes and they were definitely worth it. We also ordered the roti canai and biryani, and both were absolutely delicious! full of flavour and really satisfying. To finish, I had the Mango Mania, which ended up being my favourite. super refreshing and a perfect way to end the meal. What made the experience even better was the staff. They were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. Overall, a great spot for both first-timers and anyone looking for something different. I’ll definitely be back!
Always love coming to PappaRich Parramatta. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere — clean, spacious and comfortable, with a convenient location inside Westfield Parramatta. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the staff are welcoming and attentive every time I visit. I always order the Pappa Chicken Rice with steamed chicken. The chicken rice is delicious and comforting, with fragrant rice and tender steamed chicken that pairs perfectly with the sauces. Portion sizes are generous and everything always tastes fresh and well prepared. Definitely one of my go-to places for Malaysian food in Parramatta. Consistently good food, good service and a pleasant dining experience every time.
This is the only piece of fish in the noodle soup, and it feels like someone already ate half of the noodles. All the noodles are broken and mushy. I’ve never had such a bad version at any other place. It only comes with about five tiny strips of shredded cucumber, and this costs $20.50. Don’t order this at all… total letdown on my first try. This dish is basically just soup. I should have ordered something else, not this. Overall… very disappointing.
I had a fantastic experience at Paparich. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the roti it was perfectly cooked, soft, and full of flavor. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. Ganesh was outstanding he delivered all our food promptly and made sure everything was perfect. He regularly checked in on us and was attentive to our needs without being intrusive. Overall, a great place for both food and service. Highly recommended!
I don’t usually write Google reviews but it was so bad I had to warn others about the food. I can’t believe I paid $20.5 for a bowl of the worst noodles I’ve probably ever eaten. I would’ve sent the bowl back if I wasn’t so hungry and in a time constraint. I was already disappointed by the serving size when the bowl was placed down in front of me. I noticed I was missing beef slices and had asked for the menu back to compare to the picture and what was included on the menu. The staff brought me a dish with the beef they forgot and it was the puniest 4 pieces of dry and grey looking beef. The noodles were overcooked and super soft, the broth tasted like nothing but hot water with some soy sauce, and the beef they forgot tasted like boiled jerky as it was so tough and dry but also kinda salty. You get a singular meat ball cut in half with a piece of tasteless tripe on the side. I later noticed they forgot the radish that was mentioned on the menu but that wouldn’t have changed my mind about anything anyways. Maybe other things on the menu taste better but if you can’t even do a bowl of beef noodles well, what are you even doing.
