Lovely atmosphere and some delicious dishes, especially the calamari and risotto, although overall we found it quite expensive. However, we were quite disappointed by the sparkling water aspect of our experience. It was not mentioned at any point when we ordered it or during the meal that it was a bottomless service, and we only found this out when we received the bill. Because we weren’t aware of this, we didn’t ask for refills, and the staff also didn’t offer to top up our glasses or leave a bottle on the table for us to refill ourselves. As a result, we ended up paying $30 for 5 small glasses of sparkling water, which we believe is extremely unreasonable. It would be appreciated in the future if the bottomless option had been explained from the start, or if staff offered refills or provided a bottle for the table.

My Wife and I went to Bistro Mosman for the first time tonight all we can say !!! Incredible Service & Food here . Definitely a great experience, friendly prompt service, all the waiters were impressive, chefs were very friendly and amazing. One special outstanding waiter was a young man named ZAC , Zac was very attentive, friendly and a awesome guy , English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 guy ..

This is a bistro I’ve been curious about for a long time. Everything on the menu looked great, so I went with the server’s recommendation. My favorite dish was dairy market fish. I dined solo this time, but I’d love to come back with friends. highly recommended !

Absolute gorgeous steak dinner last night, that we ordered seconds. Been wanting to get here for many moons, finally made it & was surprisingly impressed. Not only by the food, but the pricing & most importantly the staff on the floor. Camille on the floor for was kind, genuine & full of energy and helped us enjoy our date night. Manager on floor was great too. We had some troubles with a dish, and it was taken care of very promptly. Kudos to everyone. And you'll see us come back more often and with our wine to enjoy the BYO Wednesday 🔥 PS: Cucumber Chilli Margarita is a winner too!

It only took them 5 years to update their menu but thank goodness they did! I’ve eaten here three times since and absolutely love it. (Even had a girls lunch during the weekday and it was lovely). Love the new 2025 Bistro Mosman. I’ll be back! The new menu is a knockout: started with duck liver parfait (the sweetness of the marmalade is a clever balance!) followed by the fresh tuna crudo. I actually paired the goat meat maffaldine with the stracciatella tomatoes and it was amazing. The freshness of the tomatoes and the burrata was just phenomenal. The pasta was hearty, tender, and so full of flavors. For dessert, I forgot to take a photo (too busy enjoying it!) but the lemon tart was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The fine balance of the lemon tang with the crème fraîche was the perfect way to finish the meal. They actually alternate the tart flavor each week. I tried the chocolate tart for lunch one time and it was equally amazing. And of course, the cocktails are amazing as always, consistent, creative, and a great complement to the food!
