It was nice experience! We choose lamb and Greek salad. Food was good! 👍🏻 service was good!! what I did not like: 1) it was dinner time and it was too dark I hardly can see the food 2)also the bottle with mineral wanter has multiply cracks on top of it - please change it!
Family group of 6 of us up from Melbourne for a few days so we were craving some Greek inspired food so we booked Ikaria for Dinner down at Bondi Beach. Perfectly located in Bondi on Campbell Pde opposite the beach with the restaurant decked out like a seaside Greek tavern with white wash walls, large wooded tables with wicked chairs. The have a 2 course set menu however we ordered a number of individual dishes that were all delicious. They had set us up in our own VIP type area which was fantastic. Staff were courteous and engaging which is what you'd expect if you were on a Greek island in a seaside tavern. We even had the owner came and stay with us for awhile during the night to say high and thank us for our custom which is a great gesture. Thoroughly enjoyable evening by all of us and we plan to come again next time we are in Sydney. Highly recommended. Efharisto Ikaria..!
The service was very friendly. the cocktails were really enjoyable with great ingredients. The dishes looked quite small at first, but they were actually very filling. lovely dining experience
What a fabulous meal. The restaurant was full and had a lovely atmosphere and all the staff were attentive and friendly. We did the $79pp feasting menu and got alot of food including olives, 2 dips, pitta, calamari, cauliflower, lamb, potatoes, greek salad and dessert. The spicy feta dip & lamb were incredible so tasty and the lamb was so tender its the best I have ever had. I will definitely be going back!
Booked Ikaria for an early birthday dinner friends. We ended up having our own Private room which was stunning. The service from staff was efficient & the restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere. A stunning location with ocean views. The food was delicious , packed full of flavour. Overall I would definitely recommend Ikaria.
