I recently hosted an event for 15 people at Beach Burrito Co Dee Why and had a wonderful experience. Emma was incredibly helpful during the organisation phase, making the planning process both easy and flexible. We opted for the set food and drink menu for the day and the food was delicious, perfectly portioned, and well-spaced throughout the event. The drinks were also great value, and I was especially impressed by the wide range of non-alcoholic options included. Huge thanks to the staff on the day, especially Emma, who was there to ensure everything ran smoothly. Really appreciate the effort! Thank you!
It was an amazing experience to be at Beach Buritto Co. Hosted for a small group of friends and food and drinks were great.. loved the vibe of place. The vegetarian menu is too good!

Hey guys, just wanted to give some feedback on tonight. I arrived, by myself, at 7.55pm to have burrito and a beer. Upon ordering,I wasn't told anything about any wait times or delays, although staff were friendly enough. At 8:30 I went back for another beer and again was given no communication about my food. I assumed it must be coming soon as i did recognise that there were quite a few tables full. However, by 8.55 I was concerned my order had been missed or lost. Luckily, I was not in any huge hurry, so able to take the blows (so to speak as they came), however, when I was told that there'd be another 15 minutes (1 hr 10 mins for a burrito), there was again no apology or recognition of the fact that I've been waiting for nearly an hour at that point. When my food finally arrived, there was again no aknowledgement of, let alone apology , the wait time... it was just put on the table with a nervous smile. We all understand the cheap labour young people provide. We also understand the opportunity they are given. However, given the parents don't seem to be teaching about courtesy or etiquette these days, you may need to reconsider your training to include such basics EG keep keeping customers aware of anything unusual/unexpected about orders or wait times etc (hopefully we are all on the same page re minimum standards here). Or maybe there needs to be a manager on to direct them appropriately. This is on of those things that didn't ruin my night, but there are busy people out there, and even that aside, we all want to live in a world of respect and courtesy (which is why I never roused on them or made a big deal of it). But if it qere my business, I would want to know. On that note, great food as always.
This place is good as it gets for casual dining. The food has good options and they all tasted great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Drinks were excellent and well presented. Reminded me of eating Fish Tacos at the beach in California. Worth the effort to visit.
