Absolutely shocking service and portion sizes today. Ordered a large meal with large chips and they were only half full — the container wasn’t even filled halfway. Same story with the medium chips. For $7.80 extra to upgrade to large, this is completely atrocious. They clearly didn’t bother to fill the containers properly. On top of that, the chips were cold and stale. The burrito had a massive dent in it like it had been squashed before they even handed it over. Huge waste of money. Won’t be coming back. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.
Tacos are great, burritos are okay, enchiladas are... what? I don't think this even counts. It was just sauce and cheese(?) slop slapped onto a burrito. The people are nice though! Mostly
Thank you to the Team at Ashfıeld GYG, they always provide frıendly servıce helpıng me wıth optıons for a keto frıendly dıet. I ❤️ the pulled beef bowl with lettuce. İt's well presented, generous and fresh. This store ıs my fav so far ıts clean and fresh.
DO NOT USE THE APP FOR DELIVERY. The delivery is done through Uber. The Uber delivery rider spilt coffee all over my food ruining it. I contacted Guzman support and they said it's Ubers problem. I contacted Uber and they refused to refund. Absolute joke of support. I'll be going to ACCC.
Very good food and service at the Guzman y Gomez Ashfield store. Ordered a $12 mini chicken burrito bowl meal deal. Waited 8 minutes to receive food at 1.45pm on a Sunday afternoon. The food was pretty standard for this chain. Bland and only get flavour when you add the hot sauce from the condiments bar. Hot chips were hot and crispy and they werent drowned in the chipotle salt like at other stores. Staff should switch the A frame signage out the front around when breakfast is over so people can see the lunch deal. There is a lack of seating inside the restaurant. A huge area is dedicated to a coffee bar which doesn't seem to be very popular. Would be better suited to have more tables or at least solo bar / stool seating there. Interior design is great with the colourful tiles and good latino music playing.
