pathetic customer service, absolutely shameful portion sizes. i am a regular gyg enjoyer. my regular order is a chicken caesar salad with extra chicken. this is not a one off offence at this store, i have ordered countless times and had the same result, a box of lettuce with a few scraps of chicken at best. a handful of times, the issue has been rectified, however i am sick of this ongoing scam? seriously what am i paying for? i was told the portion size is weighed, i would like to know what the hell is being weighed because it sure aint the chicken.
Just got my uber ordered started eating my nachos to discover a hair in my food. How disgusting. So disappointed yuck. And it’s definitely not my hair. Constantly ordering from gyg and you just see something like this and it turns your off completely. Not happy!
Never ordering from this place. Did an uber order, they didnt seal the coffee cup properly as a result it spilled all over the bag. Rest of the food was soaked with coffee making it inedible so I had it chuck it in the bin. The delivery guy reported the problem as well. But, they didnt offer any refund saying that the item is not eligible for it. What a shame and what a waste of money. Seriously!!!
Every time I order from this gyg my order is somehow wrong. I ask for no beans, I get beans. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Out of the last 5 orders I’ve gotten from this place, it’s been wrong 4 times. I’ve had to take items back because it is wrong. Tonight when I ordered, they gave me someone else’s order, then I drove back to get my correct order and then when they have me the “correct order” it was still wrong!!! And even worse the staff are always fluffing around, no wonder my orders are never correct!
Today, I ordered veg bowl and got worst experience as I got chicken piece in my bowl which is very careless thing coz i m pure vegetarian. M pasting some pictures as a proof .
