Unfortunately the quality of the food has been deteriorating rapidly. April 20, standard nachos had way less ingredients than the mini we bought at the same time. Following week, the “guacamole” was a massive chunk of raw avocado. We used to love Guzman from the OG Newtown days and was excited when it finally arrived in Kogarah. But this branch will run itself to the ground before long… Looking forward to the standard reply!
STAY Away unless you want to get SICK ! I am so sick from ordering a burrito this afternoon on uber eats ! I only had a few bites of the burrito it was cold stale & the chicken was like rubber & the temp of the chicken was so cold ! hours later I am now sick with food poisoning & my stomach is hurting very bad I won’t go into detail but it’s pretty bad ! this is the only thing I ate today it was a late lunch ! I have reported to uber eats & waiting for a reply! This is disgraceful using stale COLD CHICKEN & giving this to your customers is Wrong! imagine I ate the whole thing I would be in hospital by now ! Let’s hope my symptoms don’t get any worse it’s midnight as I write this & the way I am running to the bathroom is not normal over a few bites ! Horrible never again just came to warn others STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE ! ☝️
Atleast put someone at online pickup.the food is good but there are 4-5 people standing near pick-up window for 10-15 minutes order there 2-3times a weeks and nothing improve at all. UPDATE 2 days later and there are 4 workers just chilling and talking around ignoring the customers.
I really enjoy repeating my order 5 times. I really enjoy missing my crispy corn chips and having random ingredients like tomato in my caesar burrito. I really enjoy biting into my food and it tastes like its straight out of the freezer. Above all i really enjoy paying full price for a tiny tortilla witg 95% lettuce filling. Well done keep it up.
3rd time I've picked up, here, using the ASAP 4 mins option. Each time I arrived at pick up window, then was studiously ignored by 3 staff in my direct line of sight, even after leaning in and waving at them. 5 other orders were in front of mine on the bench awaiting pick up. Why offer immediate pick up, if staff are not trained or managed/motivated to even just acknowledge customer? And why such a delay in walking over and handing them their order. My wait time at the window 3 meters away from my ready order in its bag, has been 4 to 5 mins if I wave and beckon. If I hadn't...who knows, maybe 10 mins for an ASAP 4 minute order.
