I had a disappointing and frustrating experience at Mad Mex. I ordered the chorizo burrito. I found it to be reasonably tasty however it was hastily put together. Service was so appalling though. I initially tried ordering through the app but it wasn't working for me. When I spoke to the staff member, she said you can only order on the app for food a week in advance! I found that so absurd and knew that wasn't the case. I asked if I could order food directly then but was told to come back tomorrow even though other customers were being served and it was the afternoon, many hours from closing time. Service was just so rude and incompetent. I really was treated as though I was an inconvenience.

Such a nice and friendly staff. Sushil Panth is a very good and hardworking guy. I go there quite often, and he always warms my heart with his great service.

Best Mexican food Around the city. Wow! 😳 What a perfect burrito roll. Great staff with a best service. Will be back again.

The service here has been fantastic. They make it perfect every time. Surprised to see some negative reviews as we have always had a pleasant experience every time we visit here! The greatest thing is the manager who ensures everytime that the order is being made to the liking of the customer !
