I dine in regularly at Mad Mex Ed Sq and recently was very excited to try the Gregory Hills outlet on Thursday.There were two Indian ladies at the counter who have complete zero respect for customers as they showed with their attitude and poor communication that they have no idea what customer service is. The guacamole was completely grey still they charged me extra for it and I politely requested for well done chicken which I always do in other outlets but my request was rudely brushed aside as the two ladies found it very funny and rudely mentioned “our chicken’s temp is always checked. There is no need for it.” I was dissatisfied that this outlet doesn’t serve chips and nuggets like our local Mad Mex serves in Ed Sq. It’s not just about food, please treat your customers with care and respect or else it totally spoils the whole dining experience! Truly disappointed and never coming back to this outlet for sure.
We had burrito bowls last night … it was HORRIBLE. The rice was so undercooked that you couldn’t even chew it…. I’ve never had issues with food from here but honestly the food was just horrible. With a household of unwell people I chose uber delivery, otherwise I would have taken it back if I could have !!! As a person who has a degree in food science, businesses should know just how easily you can get food poisoning from uncooked rice !!!!
Went in for lunch today with my grandson.The place was very clean and tidy....the staff were very pleasant and efficient. The food is fresh and our meals were delicious. Will definitely go back!😃
We have been having dinner here regularly and have never been disappointed with the quality or the generous portion sizes. The nachos are my favourite and, as you can see from the photo, there is plenty there. I don’t leave hungry. This is our preferred place when we feel like some Mexican food.
