Hands down the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to! The flavours were absolutely mind-blowing, and I can’t stop thinking about their Rosita cocktail—hibiscus and mezcal are such an incredible combination. 🌺🍹 The food was outstanding, and the service was just as amazing. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend this place!!

Came here on a Saturday night and I would say it is worth the trip to Marrickville. It’s a casual dining setting with a memorable flavour & attentive and friendly staff. We ordered: ⭐️Tuna Tostada⭐️ Fresh & generous marinated yellowfin tuna topped with crispy potato. A great starter to share. ⭐️La Gringa Quesadillas⭐️ Personal favourite! The pineapple addition to the pork is chef kiss in balancing out the flavour. Love the charred juicy pork. A must order. Great portion to share. ⭐️Baja Fish⭐️ The roast habanero dressing just makes this fish tacos to the next level. The fish was crispy and all you need is adding more of the habanero sauce. Great kick of heat. ⭐️Carne Asada⭐️ My partner’s favs! The beef is well marinated & well cooked. It’s not tough at all & very juicy. You can taste the beer, orange, and oregano marinate in the meat. Such a flavour bomb taco. ⭐️Birria + consome⭐️ Glad that we didn’t miss this. The Birria is one of the best tacos we had in Sydney. The taco itself is filled with goodness & hint of chilli oil. Without the consome it was nice but with a dip of it, it becomes 100x nicer. The soft taco skin just makes it extra tasty. ⭐️Rosita Cocktail⭐️ Intense hibiscus syrup and mezcal. So fresh & quite strong for such a small drink. This drink complement the strong flavour of the meal best. We will definitely come back! What an underrated Mexican in Sydney. Food was incredibly seasoned & fresh. And do yourself a favour to order their cocktails & have 3 tacos with it🍸🍹

Probably one of the best Mexican dining experiences I’ve ever had in Sydney. Ultra friendly staff and very high-quality food. Absolute explosion of unique flavours and textures. From the moment I walked in this place. I was so impressed with the whole experience thanks so much and I’ll definitely be back!

One of those places you’ll keep coming back for more… It’s hard to find places that just do good vibes and good vibes and this is exactly it. We were so looked after, a detailed run through of the menu. We got the corn on the cob for start, and you know when corn on the cob is unbelievable you’re in for a treat. Will be back again, and again, and again…

San Pancho is an authentic Mexican taqueria. I was so surprised to find home made tortillas azules. Salsas are simply delicious, perfect seasoning in everything I taste. Queso con chorizo is amazing. Great service, great place. I definitely recommend to try it!!
