This is my first and last time eating at this restraunt, it left me feeling ill. There was no standard for hygiene. All of the proteins and fillings were mixed around and all over the benches and floors. The service was poor, not one staff member was happy or welcoming. For a signature small bowm and a burrito I paid $40+ I do not recommend this place. Good service and hygiene should be a minimum requirement for a buisness who serves food.

Lunch today (24/04/2026) … Chicken Burrito was delicious (avo, corn, rice, black beans, jalapeños) … my friend had a Nourish Bowl … highly recommended … never knew this place existed and so many outlets … staff are helpful in ordering ✨✨✨a must ✨ definitely coming back here ✨✨✨

Generally love Zambrero good, but got a food poisoning in this place from burrito bowl with lamb yesterday. 2 stars instead of 1 just because it tastes good

I dined in and ordered the nachos, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. It was basically just a plate of chips with about half a cup of beans and a few tomatoes on top — not what I’d expect from nachos at all. The meal was very poor and not worth the price. I won’t be coming back

If I could give half a star, I would. This was hands down one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The burrito was cold and soggy, falling apart before I could even eat it. The beans looked and tasted like cat food, the chicken was pink and unsafe, and instead of a proper burrito I got what felt like a mountain of limp lettuce I never asked for. It was bland, messy, and completely unappetizing. To make things worse, the service matched the food. The employee didn’t seem welcoming at all — no smile, no greeting, not even a simple “how’s your day?” It felt like they couldn’t care less that I was there. Between the terrible food and the lack of basic customer service, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience all around.
