I’m giving this place 3 stars because while the food itself hits the mark, the customer service and atmosphere hold it back from being a great dining experience. ​We ordered the chicken and mutton Madfoon meals. The meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and very tasty. The "meals" portions are absolutely massive. The rice from just one meal could easily fill three people. ​Unfortunately, the lady at the counter wasn't helpful and didn't try to advise us properly. It felt like she just wanted to rush through the transaction, get our order, and push us off to be seated. If she had taken a moment to guide us, she could have easily suggested sharing one meal and just ordering an extra portion of protein. Instead, we over-ordered and ended up with way too much rice. ​Go for the flavors because the Madfoon is delicious, but don't expect any helpful guidance or welcoming vibes when you order.

I visited this place multiple times, had reasonably decent experience. But on July 21st, we ordered the Mutton Mandi meal and the meal came with complimentary cockroach with it. We were almost done with the meal by then and found this out. Upon informing the lady at the checkout, they offered us refund. No apologies from the kitchen team or the manager whatsoever. If you are planning to visit this restaurant, be aware. Apparently, Food safety isn’t something they care about anymore. Utterly disappointed.

I recently visited Matan Almandi in Campbelltown and had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. I highly recommend the fish mandi amd mixed Mandi — both were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. It also has a prayer Room The restaurant is very clean and well presented, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. One of the best parts is the unlimited tea that’s supplied anytime, which is a really nice touch while enjoying your meal. Overall, delicious food, great service, and a clean environment. Highly recommended!

I visited this restaurant today from 11:25 AM to 11:55 AM, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Although the “Open” sign was displayed, there was no staff present to attend customers during the entire 30 minutes I was there. I waited patiently, hoping someone would show up, but no one came. I also tried calling the restaurant multiple times while standing there, but there was no response at all. This lack of basic customer service and communication is very frustrating. If the restaurant is not ready to serve customers, the “Open” sign should not be displayed. I hope they improve their management and responsiveness in the future.

This one seems one of the best Matam Al Mandi for me. The Atmosphere and service was awesome. Also its a perfect for Muslims for family hangout as well, As they have got prayer place. Food was perfect.
