A nice club thats pretty clean. The staff weren’t the best but at least the toilets were clean. Overall a nice experience but personally wouldn’t come back.

Club Auburn has always been a good experience for me because the whole team there is genuinely nice. The staff are friendly and welcoming every time you walk in. Fillipa is one of the sweetest and most loving people there, always warm and respectful, and it really makes the place feel good. The security team does their job properly as well, and Faiz has always stood out to me for being calm, polite and very respectful. Ross, the manager, is someone I really appreciate. He’s gentle, funny and still very professional. You can tell he cares about the customers and keeps everything running smoothly. Great staff, great security, great management.:-) Always a positive vibe. Should visit one time.

Phillipa (I hope I spelled that correctly) was beautiful and overly accommodating upon my entry. Sign in was a breeze and they even had a ticket system for shopping which was cared for at valet. Nice and modern , though humble. The staff were all amazing, including security. I didn't eat because of the time though I have personally heard good things about this establishment and agree upon my personal experience. I will return definitely as I would like to explore more of what this quaint little club has installed..!

I had an extremely upsetting experience at Club Auburn. I forgot to bring key and waiting quietly for my friend, who live upstairs, to return. During this time, my wallet had been stolen and I was trying to locate my ID. Despite explaining this, the reception staff refused to listen. I was spoken to very rudely and told to leave, and was even mockingly told to “go sit at Woolworths because it’s free.” The staff member claimed they were instructed by the Director to kick me out. This showed a complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency. Treating someone who was already distressed in such a manner is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing service.

Visited the club for a nice experience received the worst experience ever. Staff were very unprofessional. They made sarcastic personal comments about my appearance. It reminded me of my teenage years at High School being put down by me peers. I didn't expect that at an adult environment club. I was told to bring my own glass back to the bar when ordering drinks. My advice to any person visiting the club to be a member stand up for your rights as a human and paying customer and speak up against unprofessional conduct by staff at the club.
