This is the second time trying this place. Their food is consistent, just not what one would expect, it's below average. Food not the greatest. Taste not so great and then they want to charge for containers for take away.

I reviewed this place so long ago Google seems to have removed it as out of date yet the food, location, and service haven't changed. It is my "go to" restaurant within Panthers Club. I try the others from time to time, but keep coming back to Zen. My favourite is the Seafood Hokkein Noodle Stir Fry. There's plenty of noodle, soup, and won ton combinations, along with soft drinks. Served with a fork rather than chopsticks! It's situated right next to the Terrace Bar so alcoholic drinks just a few metres away. Generally secluded from some of the annoying club-type noises. Bench seats available, but mostly the seats are stools (which don't suit my back too well, but probably help to keep the place turning over). Can be a bit hectic at popular times with waits of up to twenty minutes for your food, but the great food makes that worthwhile. There's free parking (both outside and undercover) at the Club.

If you're not going to answer your phone to accept orders, create an online order option. It's 2026. Love the food here but tried ordering 4 times in the last week and cannot get through

Ok $36 for hokkein noodles delivered with the $5 vegetables option 8.99 delivery fee 4.32 service fee .. is $54.31 it’s steep but there’s a pleasant surprise it was a 5 star meal the portion was huge easy enough for 2-3 people ( I couldn’t finish it alone) and more and it was delivered piping hot fresh and tasty this is much better than paying $35 for a tiny Mexican meal delivered from Gomez

Every single time I come to this place, I leave with a smile. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food is fantastic. The prices are fair, it comes out quick, and I'm happy to say that I love everything about this place. I'm such a regular that the staff know me by my face - they all wave and greet me, and immediately place my order through; Combination Hokkien Noodle stir fry, with no prawns, add chili. Thank you for always providing amazing noodles - you guys are the best!
