Went to Nikan Restaurant recently and had a really lovely experience. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere from the moment you walk in, with a warm and elegant feel that makes it stand out from a lot of other places around the area. We tried some of the vegetarian dishes and desserts, and everything was delicious and well presented. The food felt fresh, full of flavour, and really well prepared. The customer service was also friendly and attentive without being over the top. Overall, it was a great dining experience with good food, great ambience, and a welcoming vibe. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience at Nikan. The place is absolutely spotless — really clean and well looked after. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very family-friendly. The food was amazing. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour. The Zereshk Polo I ordered genuinely took me back to Iran — it felt like home-cooked food. The Gheimeh Nesar was also incredibly delicious, and the portion sizes were very reasonable and satisfying. The service was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Even though it was quite busy, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I’m very impressed — definitely a 5-star experience. We’ll absolutely be coming back to try more dishes.

Nikan is a gem for anyone craving genuine Persian cuisine in Sydney. We ordered the Mast Baroni, Sour Chicken Stew, and Zeresh Polo ba Morgh, all served on beautiful traditional copper trays with saffron rice — and washed it all down with doogh. The whole spread came to $96 which is very reasonable for the quality and portion size. The Sour Chicken Stew was the standout for me — the flavour was rich, deep and absolutely delicious.

Delicious food and kind of overwhelming portion. We ordered one starter and one main to share between us at lunch and were totally full in the end. Love their bread and lamb neck. Service was great, Amir is attentive and lovely to speak to. Will definitely come back with a bigger group to try more dishes on the menu.

If you want real Persian food in Sydney, this is the spot. Super fresh, really tasty, and big portions. Comes on a big tray with saffron rice, juicy chicken kebab, onion salad, and grilled veggies,,,so good together ❤️ Also loved the vibe. They had a cute Happy Easter bunny at the counter and didn’t charge any surcharge. Nice touch 👍
