Had the beautiful experience of dinning in here. We ordered the chicken kebab with the infamous rice. Very tender and bursts with flavour. The food is very fresh and on point. The lady serving is very kind and was taking well care of all the customers and running the environment smoothly and efficiently. I will definitely be back for some more. Thank you to the lady and the chefs for delivering an exquisite experience!

A pleasant little Persian restaurant with very friendly and welcoming staff. The highlight was definitely the food. We tried the koobideh, joojeh, and barg kebab, and all three were delicious, well-cooked, and full of flavour. The service was warm and attentive throughout our visit. On the downside, the restaurant is quite small, and the smell of the grill fills the dining area, so be prepared for your clothes to smell like barbecue afterwards. The atmosphere is casual rather than luxurious. The Shirazi salad was fairly ordinary and did not stand out. We also ordered Kashk-e Bademjan, which unfortunately tasted like it was made with pre-prepared or canned ingredients and was not particularly enjoyable. That said, when we shared our feedback with the staff, they handled it very professionally and kindly removed the Kashk-e Bademjan from our bill, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place for tasty Persian kebabs and friendly service, with a few areas that could be improved.

This was the best dinner my spouse and I have had in a long time. The place is casual and unpretentious, but the food is absolutely world-class. The meats were incredibly tender and cooked to perfection—true culinary expertise. The 'cacik' (yogurt dip) and the eggplant dish (Kashk Bademjan) were sensational. Although the service was a bit on the slower side, the quality of the food and the authentic flavors made it well worth the wait. We will definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sadaf Persian Restaurant – Balmain We tried the Kaseh Kebab and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and served warm in a hot dish. The quality, freshness, and taste were next level and clearly reflect great care in preparation. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The restaurant is also well located and very convenient, just a short walk from the Balmain wharf, making it easy to visit. Highly recommend Sadaf Persian Restaurant for anyone looking for authentic, high-quality Persian food in Sydney.

Delicious Iranian food to satisfy every taste bud. Price and portion of meals are fulfilling. Nice and small cosy dine in area Light and happy music creates a pleasant eat in experience I had to take away.. Well wrapped containers Nice gentleman in the counter and ladies in the kitchen gives you a feeling of being home.. Highly recommended to try a range of delicious Middle Easter food and deserts.. Will go back there surely..
