We had a wonderful dining experience at this Persian restaurant! The meat dishes and stuffed vine leaves (dolma) were absolute highlights—full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and truly delicious. The salad, however, was just standard and didn't stand out. Overall, because the main dishes and appetizers were so great, I'm giving it a solid 4 stars. Definitely worth a visit!

Great Persian food. I have been craving burek for quite sometime and when I saw they had it on the menu I had to stop. It was outstanding! My son had the son had the scrambled eggs Persian style, he loved it. Definitely will come back here next time I’m in Balmain!!!

A very humble and nice Persian cuisine experience. I had been to Shilas kitchen before to introduce my friends to Persian food and hospitality and it never lets me down. The food is alittle toned down to fit the western pallets and I think that’s fantastic. The portion sizes is ideal and definitely is worth the price. Thanks heaps! I will definitely be back :)

Discovered this gem through a couple friend and their family who are regulars here and now we understand why! The food is not only healthy but incredibly delicious. We couldn’t stop ordering more dishes as everything we tried was so full of flavour. We ended up bringing home leftovers and also stocked up on their jarred and pre-packed items. Absolutely recommend this place, a true Persian delight!

Coffee was amazing!! The burek was good, if it had been straight out of the over would have been next level. Enjoyable in any case with a side salad different as most are with yoghurt.
