Don't buy the chips. Very bad quality and terrible value for money. So many were broken or mashed, it was unseasoned and there were hardly any in the box. I went back to double check if there was an error. I was told that this is the way they arrived in store and the one layer of chips in the box was the standard serve.
Ordered chicken pizza tonight and I got crumbs of chicken like mince instead of chunks of chicken on Perri perri , bbq chicken and supreme with just chicken meat. Not to mention the cheesy garlic bread was just not there. One of the bows was wet. I will have second and third thoughts about ordering from here again. $88 of food is just horrible. I’ll tell you what dominos at carlingford is much better.
The food is generally good and delivered with a smile. But occasionally your pizza is burnt, the avo is not fresh and the mushroom non-exsitent. The venue is not helped by the luke warm responses from the brand- which despite having been provided with a receipt number- then makes the feedback into a paperwork mission for the customer and reffers you back to the franchisee. As I said the pizza is generally good and worth one more chance but I would suggest trying a few alternative suppliers in the meantime. Post Note: While the company that owns the brand were washing their hands of the whole affair the franchisee did apologise and refund the whole meal (two pizzas) not just the one poorly prepared pizza.
A Mixed Experience at Crust Epping – Great Flavors, but Service Needs Attention I recently ordered from Crust Epping, and the experience was quite a mixed bag. The highlights were definitely the pizzas themselves—the quality and creativity of the ingredients really stand out, living up to the Crust reputation. The Peri Peri Chicken pizza was excellent, with a well-balanced spice and perfectly cooked toppings. The crust itself was crisp and chewy, just as it should be. However, the experience was significantly let down by the service and delivery process. The order took well over the estimated time to arrive, which was frustrating. When the food finally got here, it was warm, not hot, suggesting it had been waiting for a while. Furthermore, there was an error with one of the side items in the order. When I called the store to inquire, the staff member on the phone seemed rushed and less than apologetic, which only added to the frustration. While they did offer a credit for the missing item, the tone and lack of proactive customer service made the entire transaction feel poorly managed. In summary: If you value unique and delicious gourmet pizza and can tolerate potential delays or service mishaps, Crust Epping is worth a try for the food quality alone. However, they seriously need to tighten up their delivery times and improve their customer service interaction to match the premium price point and product quality. I recommend picking up your order if possible to avoid the delivery issues. Rating: 3/5 Stars (Delicious food, poor execution on service and delivery)
Crust HQ needs to run a quality control on this shop. Its damaging the name big time. It is very clear to me why it is getting 2.8 score in total. Probably one of the lowest scores all over.
