We ordered two Spaghetti al Granchio and a tiramisu through Uber Eats, totaling over $120. While the spaghetti were prepared well as usual, the portions were a bit small. However, what prompted me to write this review was the tiramisu, the serving was so minuscule that I initially thought it was a joke. I even called the restaurant to alert them to this issue for future orders. For a $16 dessert, it felt more insulting than anything else. This level of stinginess is entirely unreasonable for the price point. When I called to express my concern, the staff member’s only response was a brief apology, with no genuine attempt to address the problem. This experience represents a significant decline in service quality. After being a loyal customer and ordering from you multiple times, both for delivery and dine-in, I’m disappointed and unlikely to return.
What a gem...we smelt the pizza as we drove past - that's what made us stop...such yum food..great Neapolitan food just like Naples..delic tasty pasta was beautiful - gnocchi and lasagne.. Zucchini flowers so so..pizza great..loved it all...service awesome..thanku
Our family's new favourite pizza in the area (we only just discovered it). We have tried 4 of their options so far and each is great. We'll be working through the menu thoroughly. The base is crispy and crust chewy in the right way, and toppings are delicious and creative.
Honestly, this is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Sydney — especially the Quattro Formaggi. Absolutely packed with flavour. Highly recommend it if you’re a cheese lover.
My first time ordering from Di Napoli and the most perfect way to end a Saturday; savouring the most delicious takeaway Diavola pizza with a view of Bondi Beach. Perfetto! 🍕
