One of the best pizzas I’ve had recently. It was fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. The ingredients tasted high quality, and every bite was delicious.

TERRIBLE service. Ended up having to cancel my order after 3 follow up phone calls waiting 2hrs and 40mins for delivery. Staff blamed their app for being broken, but still couldn't make and deliver a single pizza 90mins after my first follow up call. I placed the order at 4pm to avoid the dinner rush. To top it off I have to follow up for a refund by going into the store on a weekday despite my payment details being placed online. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced, extremely poor. To I Love Pizza corporate directly, this is not the first time this issue has occured with one of your stores. My order got "lost" because of your app last year at the Mona Vale store. Part of the responsibility is on you to provide appropriate services and tools for your customers and employees. Clearly this has been an ongoing issue as I was told by your staff, and yet no one seems to be bothered to address it. Do better.

We regularly order this exact pizza, so we know how it’s supposed to look and taste. Unfortunately, tonight’s order was really disappointing. The pizza arrived completely overloaded and runny, with cheese and toppings sliding everywhere and soaking through the base. It honestly looked like it had either been poorly prepared or badly handled during delivery. We actually had to separate the few decent slices from the rest of the mess. To make things worse, when we called the store to explain the issue, we were not offered any real help or solution. We were told the delivery was handled by Uber Eats, but regardless of who delivered it, the condition of the pizza was unacceptable and the lack of support from the store was very frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not up to the standard we’re used to from this place.

Great pizza and even better service.Came in to I Love Pizza Dee Why and was really impressed. The pizza was delicious and fresh ingredients, perfect crust, just really good. Big shoutout to Harpreet who was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be coming back

Great pizza option and easy friendly crew 2 years later- this store is amazing still. (Many recent visits since) The pizza is always great and the crew are friendly and wholesome. I always enjoy my experience here. Absolute quality on the food
