I have been a regular customer at Madtoppings for close to four years and have always enjoyed their pizzas. Today I reached late to pick up my order and the pizza had gone cold. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly kind and generous about it. Even though it was late, he made me a fresh hot pizza and even added a garlic bread, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It genuinely made my day. It’s rare to experience that level of kindness alongside consistently good food. The pizzas are always tasty and the service today stood out even more. Grateful for this place, its warm service and the care they show customers.

Unassuming place but honestly super yummy food 😩 Loved the pesto chicken pizza and peri peri pasta!! Lots of flavour and toppings + pretty big portion of pasta as well Would come back

Ordered late-night pickup. Maybe 40 mins to close. Staff were sitting down while the store looked sloppy, the atmosphere of the store was poor. Staff seemed very disorganised. Customer service was poor. We ordered two pizzas and garlic bread. Both pizzas were bad. Both in quality and general taste. The garlic bread also wasn't good, I didn't know it was even possible to mess up garlic bread.

I ordered delivery and received cold, uncooked churros. How could the employee have the audacity to take the uncooked food straight into the box? I called up for a refund, but the lady was really unresponsive.

Honest review for dishonest service I have experienced dishonesty on multiple occasions. They have a cash discount but sometimes the staff won’t call it out. This happened again today and hence leaving the review. This wasn’t the first and I know this won’t be last. I didn’t even get a receipt trust, so unsure whether it was noted in the system also or not. May be time to add some controls? Pizzas are good overall.
