After finishing a night shift, I came in with my entire crew for dinner and decided to Parrinos Pizza after seeing so many outstanding reviews. It definitely lived up to the hype. The pizzas were fantastic the bases were cooked perfectly, the toppings were generous and fresh, and the sauces were full of flavour. Everything was spot on. What really topped it off was the excellent customer service. The team was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel appreciated from the moment we walked in. Thanks again for a great meal. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Good pizzas, we tried salami and also garlic pizza, both really good, vegan pizza not so good but really appreciate to have the option. Great service, lovely staff, nice atmosphere. Happy to go there again and try some more.

Best pizzas and customer service in the shire. I once ordered and the pizza came without one of the toppings. Messaged them, not to complain, but just to let me them know this was the 2nd time it had happened incase it was happening to others but no big deal was still happy with what I had. Without even asking they had delivered another pizza to me 20 minutes later, a testament to their customer service standards and why they're my go to pizza place.

The team and Steve at Parrinos pizza serve the best high quality pizza in the area and in the greater areas. He is affordable and doesn't do this for a profit. He values his customers and knows them on a name by name basis. He is always pleasant to deal with and all his staff are like family. 10/10 in all regards. Have been coming here for many years and won't ever go anywhere else!

To the owner, I think what you have completely missed is that I only ever asked on a handful of occasions over the last 8 weeks or so. The rest of the past 51/2 years have been nothing short of amazing hence the reason I only ever came to you guys. I did apologise to you but you continued to shame me in front of all your staff standing in front of me and all the customers behind me. You’ve embellished the truth in your response here and not at all been honest. You mentioned credits etc were issued - there was only ever ONE occasion that a credit was issued with a change of staff & an apology following a no. of people that had complained that night. The staff verified this. That was the first time I spoke up and was literally a couple months ago. You labelled me as just “taking the piss” as you said which I find highly offensive. You could’ve handled this in a much more professional and polite way (offline or give me a call) but you decided it was best to publicly humiliate me. I have never in my life been spoken to or treated the way I was by you. This is why what would’ve been a pleasure and delight to write an amazing review if handled professionally became a 1 star review. It didn’t matter how many times I apologised to you, you just threw it in my face and didn’t accept it. It’s not often you come across people who genuinely just cannot accept an apology, but you are one of them. Good luck mate.
