Placed our order on State of Origin night, informed 915pm pick up. We get a phone call to pick up at 845pm. Pick up $93 worth of pizzas and they are all UNDERCOOKED! Raw pizza base. Lack of toppings, no chicken. Tried to call no answer, closed. Would have rather being told too late to order. Wont be ordering again, this is the 3rd time we have had a bad experience with Pepes pizza. Have to throw out the rest inedible!
I have ordered from Pepe's numerous times and each time the food has been outstanding. For those leaving bad reviews about delivery and wait times, you need to call up the store directly and pick up the pizzas yourself. If you use food delivery services, you can expect to wait, because these guys are always flat out as they have great quality pizzas for the best price in town. Its always been a 5 star service for me, I definitely recommend.
We had a great experience with Pepe’s. Our Uber driver delivered the wrong order and without hesitation Pepe's re-made our order and Amy from the team delivered it. Great service and great pizza! Thanks Pepe’s!
My sister and her husband always rave on about 'Pepes'. Finally, we had dinner here tonight, and let me tell you, it was worth the hype! The customer service was lovely and welcoming. The food is amazing! Every dish was on point! We had the Tiramisu for dessert O M G, one of the best I've ever eaten.. Highly recommend :)
I thought I had ordered from a pizza place that I was familiar with & conveniet for a rush dinner however there are other pizza places within the walking distance. Got there - no order in my name. Rang the number I had called ; I ordered from Pepe’s. Found it tucked away (and 2 doors down from Domino’s lol). So glad this happened. The pizzas were very nice, great dough/base and very reasonable $. Also friendly staff. Pepe’s will be my new go to.
