One of the best wood-fired pizzas I’ve had in Sydney. Their toppings combinations are highly creative and deliciously chosen to deliver the best experience possible. Saturday night was very busy indeed however we didn’t have to wait too long for a table. Pizza is freshly made to order in addition to the popularity of this place are the factors affecting the long 20-25 mins waiting time for the food to be ready. Staff is nice and great atmosphere. Probably I would recommend coming during daytime can help. Ordering is easy as you can just scan the QR code on your table with minimal interaction but be mindful of cards surcharges applied.
The atmosphere on a Thursday night was pumping and we didn’t have to wait long for a seat. Luckily for us, it was right in front of the kitchen and The Pizza Bros were super friendly and it was great to chat with them and hear their journey as they were slinging out doughs. The scent of truffle was rife when we arrived so there was no other choice than the Cacio e Pepe with burrata, plus we got the Margho Picasso and it was worth every cheesy calorie. The side serve of chilli was a nice touch. Thanks guys!! 🍕
The dough was amazing and super tasty, and all the pizzas were perfectly matched with their toppings. The staff were so friendly, and the beer went perfectly with the pizza. We had such a great time highly recommend!
Visited from Canberra on late Sunday night at 9 30 pm (they shut at 10pm), before my surgery at 6 am next day in Sydney. Eventhough it is was almost closing time, Joey greeted us and sat us down! Unlike other places which take last orders 30 mins before closing time, these guys are very flexible and take last orders at 10 pm. The drinks are great, bar service is quick. Lots of people picking up their late night pizza fix. I was glad we sat there and ate and this was my last meal pre surgery. The Joey pepperoni with burrata added was just perfect. Chilli on side just added that extra kick. When we lived in Sydney, Bella Brutta was our favourite spot for pizza! But for past couple of years, whenever we visit Sydney, pizza bros is our new go to pizza spot! Highly recommend and love all their pizzas! Joey was so friendly and we had a lovely chat with them. As chefs ourselves, it was nice to see a place do food, ambience and service all so well :)
Excellent pizza and a unique Tom Yum flavor that I highly recommend. The owner is very friendly and speaks Thai. Nice atmosphere and great overall experience. Make sure to reserve a table before visiting, as the restaurant is usually packed. The food can take a while to arrive, but it's worth the wait.
