Worst delivery service I've experienced from Pizza Hut. My order arrived over an hour after I placed it, despite the delivery address being only 4 km from the store. To make matters worse, the order was missing the garlic bread I paid for, and the delivery driver didn't even have the courtesy to knock on the door or ring the doorbell to let me know the food had arrived. The combination of an extremely late delivery, an incomplete order, and poor customer service made for a very disappointing experience. I expect much better attention to detail and professionalism from a major pizza chain. I won't be ordering from this store again.

South Australian visiting ordered a medium Magherita with pepperoni. Tasted amazing Haven’t had Pizza Hut in at least 5 years This Pizza Hut was Very Busy they just kept pumping out the orders.

Narellan Pizza Hut is so good !! Thank you guys for making such great pizzas !! Cooked perfectly - great amount of pizza sauce …. Pizzas always loaded up with toppings. Delivery guy is a legend and always friendly! Thank you ! We used to get Pizza Hut from the Minto shop (was average - sometimes burnt and always little topping, to the point we stopped ordering) …. Narellan totally superior !

Absolutely appalling experience ordering online, lady answered the phone rudely as we called to inquire about order and then placed phone down ignoring us while continuing to order in store. Once food arrived half an hour later it was freezing cold, we tried to call but no one answered so we had to drive for a refund. Upon arrival man who we believe to be manager became extremely hostile speaking rudely as we tried to politely explain our situation. Only when we became stern did they show us respect and speak to us in a calmer tone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had such a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Cooper! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and super professional. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect, and you could tell he genuinely cared about the customers. The service was quick, and the food was hot and delicious. Cooper made the whole experience even better with his positive attitude and attention to detail. Big shoutout to him – he’s a real asset to the team!
