Such a great experience at Tipo 00! The food was amazing, especially the pizzas. Christian was fantastic — so friendly, attentive and amazing with his service. A cold wet night in Balmain made so much better by the fantastic pizza at Tipo “00”. Very casual dining with a great team looking after you. Pizza oven right there for you to watch all the magic unfold. Stretching the dough to cooked pizza in less than three minutes!! The smell, the heat and the perfectly cooked pizza with the best crust I’ve had since I visited Naples. Would definitely come back and will recommend to anyone wanting a seriously good pizza, either eat in takeaway. Best pizza I’ve had in Balmain by far.
