I went to Verace to celebrate my birthday and it was a very good experience. The food was amazing. We ordered a lasagna, a porcini risotto and a metre of pizza with tartufata, Amalfi and gamberetti flavours. All very good. For dessert we had a Nutella pizza and two tiramisu. I definitely recommend the experience!
Nice place & tasty food Friendly staff I have been there a few times & food has always been delicious - pizza, calamari, boscaiola … Their Tiramisu however gets a ‘0’ star from me. They easily accommodate big numbers of people. Plenty of street parking. I’d recommend booking.
I love the pizza here. The base is nice and chewy with the aroma from their wood oven. The pizzas are not over the top typical slop food with a dozen toppings. It looks and tastes like authentic pizza. We arrived during what appears to be a church celebrating someone's birthday. Due to that, we were seated in one of the corners. The staff were kind and attending regardless.
Great food at Verrace Pizzeria — the dishes were delicious and well-executed. However, the service was just so-so; it was difficult to get the staff’s attention as they seemed to avoid making eye contact. Overall, a good spot for the food, but service could be improved.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Verace Pizza is the next level in dining experience! The food was authentic, with high quality ingredients. I had the homemade gnocchi Sorrentina, which I would highly recommend. 😋 The service was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and delivered to the highest standard without ever feeling intrusive. The team made us feel genuinely welcome and added to what was already an outstanding dining experience. It’s not often you find a restaurant that excels in both food and service, but Verace Pizza does exactly that. My only wish is that we lived closer so we could visit more often. A true hidden gem and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic, high-quality pizza and pasta 🍕
