Such a great venue to set up at! We set up our softplay packages for our client’s bubs birthday and the space worked beautifully. The staff were wonderful to deal with and made everything feel simple and stress‑free! Thank you so much team ❤️ Would absolutely recommend this venue and look forward to coming back!
Had a great experience at Camelia Grove Hotel! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. A special mention to Caitlin for her friendly attitude—she made us feel right at home. Thanks for the amazing hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!
We stopped in after work to enjoy a quiet wine and a side of Burrata. The bar staff were super friendly and welcoming, the ambiance sitting on the road side idillic, food and wine just lovely. We look forward to going back soon.
First time visiting with my work crew to celebrate our office move. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Their ordering system is confusing, and the staff blamed us because they couldn't identify duplicate orders in their system. For the record, we all only submitted our orders once. With a group of 16 people, it's unrealistic to expect everyone to remember exactly who ordered what, especially when several of us ordered the same dishes. The food itself tasted okay, but they forgot our extra sauce orders and the chilli oil. We asked for them, but they never arrived. The person bringing out our food had very poor customer service, which really put a damper on what was supposed to be a celebratory lunch. Overall, the service let the whole experience down.
We went recently for the Ciao Saturday bottomless brunch, it was such good value. Lots of beautiful food, cocktails and wine for $85. The staff are great and the courtyard is a lovely space to sit during the day. I highly recommend it for fun weekend catchup with friends.
