Visited on Tuesday afternoon it was quiet and nice. Great place near castle hill metro for catch-ups can accommodate group of 15 to 20people as well. Food was nice. Salmon portion could have been better. Salad taste was good. Great ambience and atmosphere.

We celebrated our daughter’s event last night in the Oasis room at Hillside Hotel, and the whole experience was truly fantastic. For the past two months, Zoe supported me through every step of the planning. She was patient, organised, and always there whenever we needed guidance. Her care and attention made the entire process so easy and stress‑free. On the night, Suzi and Gabe were our hosts, and they were absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly, kind, polite, and attentive. They looked after our guests beautifully and created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was fantastic as well — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Our guests kept commenting on how good everything tasted and looked. Every staff member we met at Hillside Hotel was so friendly and helpful. Their kindness and professionalism made our daughter’s celebration truly special. We are so grateful to the whole team for giving us a night we will always remember.

My partner and I came here yesterday and it was an amazing experience. It is beautiful inside, and the food was absolutely incredible. I had the brisket rigatoni and it was the best pasta ever! My partner also ordered a beer but the tap ran out of what he was after. He tried to order another and that was out too. He bought a different beer and was happy with that, then the staff came and gave him the original beer he wanted to make up for the fact it had been out, which was so incredibly nice and out of their way. The staff were all so lovely, the food was amazing and we overall had such a nice time. We will be coming back here often for food and drinks and I’ve decided to maybe plan an event here because of the service!

We recently celebrated my dad’s 50th birthday at the Oasis Room at Hillside Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all our expectations. The venue itself is stunning – vintage, spacious, and stylish with a relaxed atmosphere that made everyone feel at home. The Oasis Room had just the right balance of elegance and comfort, with plenty of room for mingling, speeches, and dancing. The staff were incredible – attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. They made sure everything ran smoothly and were so accommodating to our requests, even with the finer details. The cocktail-style food was a hit with all our guests! Delicious, fresh, and well-portioned – no one went home hungry. We really appreciated the flexibility and the quality of the service. All in all, Hillside Hotel helped us create a truly memorable evening for our dad’s milestone celebration. We highly recommend the Oasis Room for any private function – it’s a hidden gem in Castle Hill! We hired our own DJ, minimal decor needed (the venue spoke for itself - and we just added little details), and catered for 130 people. Thank you to the amazing team at Hillside Hotel!

We hosted our baby shower in the Oasis room yesterday and were so amazed and happy with the service provided by Hillside. Zoe, Suzie and the team were so amazing and accomodating. We made very last minute changes to the menu and had several requests on the day. Both Zoe, Suzie and the team exceeded our expectations and delivered every single time. They even provided signs and little menus for our food and beverages, unbeknownst to us until the day. At the end of our event, the staff helped us clean up and even gave us takeaway boxes to ensure all the left overs did not go to waste allowing our guests to take food home as well. The venue itself is beautiful and private and so affordable in comparison to others in the area. We received so many compliments on the venue from our guests as well. Thank you Zoe, Suzie and the Hillside team for helping us make our Baby Shower an unforgettable event
