I really like this place. Really good atmosphere, fast service and the staff always make sure you feel welcome. They remember your name and what you like to drink. Not stiff and impersonal as in other pubs. More like a big family. They know how to serve a customer properly. Jack behind the bar runs an efficient ship. Five stars.
No one else in bistro is why the low atmosphere. Service was very friendly and welcoming with the server chatting with my son and I. Quick food service. Good meals, only critism is the dressing on the salad. Switch to Italian or French would be better. Very well priced also.

Not a local but was staying in the area. It's a nice pub, staff are friendly and nice atmosphere. Thought I'd try the steak, tbone $29... Let's just say it was disappointing, extremely disappointing. Steak was very chewy, tough, and the mushroom sauce was like jelly. I am not sure how they can charge $29, it's probably worth $15. They need a new chef who knows how to cook. Do not get a steak!
Horrible will never in my life ever come back again. Walked in on the chicken schnitzel for $20 with my mate and first it was dead empty maybe 1 other table eating. I had brought in my own drink which was a lemonade and the staff got so upset about it when there’s no one there? We then get our food and no wonder it was $20 it was soggy from the amount of water from the salad completely destroying this meal. Chicken schnitzel 0/10. Then when we had finished our food a staff member came to us and bothered us about the drink which I had told her about. We then left, our service was horrible food was worse and the atmosphere was a disgrace. I will steer everyone I know from this place solely due to how staff reacted. Never come here ever
