We eat there, usually Mondays (steak dinner and wine is good value). I like their varied seating, outside, courtyard, and upstairs (quieter and classier). My only issue is there are a lot of distracting TV screens about. The place is popular with out-of-towners as it has a bit of a country pub feel. Lots of locals do the Sunday roast with dessert (also good value)

False advertising for a roast dinner. Lamb was overcooked and the rest was slop covered in sugar. Prices are reasonable but maybe for a reason. Vibe was nice though.
What a fantastic pub. The staff were extremely friendly. It wasn't fake friendly like most places. The people here are just nice people and very welcoming. The roast lamb we had was astonishing great for such a simple meal. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area.
Great experience yesterday! Staff were fanatic very accommodating for my elder parents. Live music added to the already welcoming environment. Loved the food with plenty of options! Will definitely be coming back :)
