Absolutely phenomenal, genuinely classy restaurant with incredible portions! Server knew very well how to correctly pour a beer too. Very happy with this pub and would gladly go again

We had a great experience visiting for some casual drinks to celebrate a birthday. Many thanks to Helen for kindly preparing the first floor back area for us and even accommodating an extra 5 people for our booking! We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the drinks (and the bartending staff were also so nice and speedy). The heat lamps outside were very much appreciated as well. Our group loved the spot and we had so much fun! I would definitely stop by again. Thank you! :)

I honestly didn’t expect much from the restaurant here, but it turned out to be a surprisingly great dining experience. I originally thought the pub side was decent, but the restaurant definitely exceeded expectations. There were four of us dining together, and we all agreed the food was excellent. The entrées were well-balanced, and both the pasta and risotto were absolutely spot on. The portion sizes are slightly on the smaller side for the price, but the flavors were so good that it didn’t really bother us. What really blew me away was the steak. The meat was outstanding on its own. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare, which made it exceptionally tender and flavorful. A result that probably came down to the chef’s touch. If you’re visiting, don’t just stop at the pub. Make sure to try the restaurant as well. It’s well worth it and offers a completely different level of quality and flavor.

Great pub with roaming spaces and ample sun. Prices reflect the area, though wines and bubbles were on par. Oysters were fresh and delicious. While we enjoyed the lobster roll, quite finely chopped with ample sauce, you lose the flavour of the seafood element sadly, but still fresh and enjoyable. White anchovies were quite plump and fries were seasoned well. Really relaxed day and vibes.

We came for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We liked the outside seating. The food was nice, but not amazing. Service was nice.
