Had such an amazing experience at Ippudo! The ramen was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell the chef puts so much passion and skill into every dish. Compliments to the chef for such incredible food! Also, a big thank you to Anjali for her warm and attentive service. She was so friendly and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you love authentic Japanese food 🍜✨
Great place for a ramen . Lovely flavours good serving of noodle with right medium firm noodles as requested with a hint of spice . Service was also very good . Inexpensive choice of great healthy meal option .Already looking forward to my next visit .
Located conveniently at Chatswood Interchange, this Ippudo is easily accessible by bus, train and metro. This branch has been around for a while and I have been here a few times. Quality is still consistent for their noodles and broth. One of the few places where you can specify the texture of the noodles. Place is kept clean and staff are ok. Just a few dislikes as Ippudo only accepts card payments with a surcharge charged to its diners and personal information is collected when orders are placed via QR code. Noticeably, there have been lesser diners over the years. Overall, still a decent place for ramen though there are many more options now compared to when Ippudo first opened in Sydney.
We have tried a most popular ramen and it was a little disappointing. The foods came out within minutes after ordering. The presentation was good, but the noodles were undercooked and sticky. I guess it was not cooked enough and was not quenched. The broth was rich and pork slices were wholesome. They only accepted cards and they took away extra 10%. When I had asked about it she did not know, then explained they charge extra 10% for weekends. There was no sign at the shop, and it felt more like a robbery.
The food wasn't particularly good and needed more flavour (shoyu ramen especially). Though the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice and clean. I reccomend going to other restaurants nearby.
