Instant noodles ? That may have been a better choice for me. I felt so impressed walking into this small place with trendy & fancy decors. The presentation was lovely,BUT the chicken ramen came was very salty, oily and the noodles were dry & undercooked. It felt like chewing on a dry hays served in salty water. I have asked for a glass of hot water to dilute the saltiness. The waitress have offered me a bowl of hot soup base instead which made it taste better. She received all my feedback patiently. So I will give her a full mark. So this may be a cool spot for a late snack after dinner, drinks, but you may have to ask for a hot cup of water to dilute….

Visited this place for dinner while on work travel in Sydney. The place is small and cozy—perfect if you want less crowd and noise when dining in. We tried some of the entrees before having the torotoro ramen which were all tasty. Between the crispy squid and fried tofu, I preferred the tofu as it was soft and the sauce was yum. My friend enjoyed it too. Ramen was great with its rich broth and right amount of flavour.

I absolutely love the ramen here. I’ve tried two so far - the truffle ramen and the duck ramen, and both were delicious, distinctive, and special. They feel like creative, modern takes on traditional ramen rather than the usual versions you find elsewhere. The broths were rich and flavourful, and every element felt well thought out. This has easily become my new favourite ramen spot. One thing to note is that it’s more expensive than most ramen shops - a bowl can cost over $40, but in my opinion, the quality and uniqueness make it worth it.

Torotoro Ramen comes across as a small but bustling restaurant. When you enter, the warmth from outside becomes a welcoming prescense. I tried their wagyu ramen special with truffles, with some edamame on the side. The dish is rich and earthy, with the mushrooms, beef, and noodles giving the texture and meatiness to enjoy the broth. By the end of the meal, I felt completely overwhelmed by the taste that it left me feeling uncomfortable. I recommend anyone who tries it to at least have a soda, beer, or pickled ginger on the side. Finally, the staff are kind and wonderful, and can cater to your needs if you ask.

So many unique menu options, but I went with their signature tonkotsu, and it was excellent. The broth was slightly spicy and very rich. The noodles were perfectly cooked and very satisfying. It’s a tad pricey, but well worth it; I have never had such flavourful ramen in my life!
