I held my 21st birthday here and I had the most amazing time. Nick was super accommodating to my tighter budget and was on site the entire time, serving delicious cocktails and helping set up the karaoke system. All the guests said the food was amazing (the team even made vegetarian and halal options once they knew some of my guests had dietary restrictions) and they loved the vibe of the venue! If you’re looking for an intimate venue with cool interior design AND a karaoke set up, Man on Marrickville’s the place! Highly recommend :)
Small but functional bar in Marrickville with very good drinks selection... Great place to catch the acoustic/electric/lapsteel guitar work of Charlie Owen and Paul Berwick
This tucked away lively food, drink and music venue is a hidden gem on Marrickville road. If you’re like me, a inner west local you’ve probably walked past this spot and not realised that this bar holds fun live music, incredible food (check out these Asian Italian infused LASAGNA Spring rolls!!!) with compliments to the Chef Ama, and laid back, friendly bartenders that offer you a range of different beers (craft and non-craft, wines (Shiraz, Chardonnay, Pinot gris), cocktails and genres of live music to tickle your eardrums. Swing past, grab a bite and a beer, sit back and enjoy some live music. I recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fun night in Marrickville, I will be back no doubt 😁
An interesting bar with snack food options upstairs. We came On Wednesday to hear Monica play her singer punk rock guitar, and The Alledgedly 5 rock band. I had the Malibu Sunrise, he had the Hawkes Pale Ale and we shared fish tacos and chips. A local venue for music and drinks.
What's not to love? Seriously! Staff are lovely, drinks are plenty, food is tasty, entertainment is wonderful!! I had the opportunity to have my first solo set here recently and I enjoyed every moment of it. It's simple - I've fallen in love with this venue ❤️
