Really nice food with good ingredients. The service here was friendly and the dishes came out in a timely manner. Would return for their other dishes and would’ve tried their dessert if we weren’t so full.

Update 18/3/2026: my last review was 4 stars. I had tried the soup and rice back then. Today I went back and tried the sizzling beef with the pad Thai. That was not good at all.. The pad Thai had a sickening sweet-ish flavor. The food was bland overall. I would’ve given 1 star but I still think that the staff and service was good Old review: The food, lovely. The staff, very friendly. Would’ve given 5 stars but the servings were surprisingly small. Me and my wife usually share a soup at other restaurants.. included my hand in the photo to give an idea of how small the bowls were. Chef confirmed that the meats are halal ❤️

Ordered always thai curry and pad kemao chicken and tofu.. This time i add another item chilli basil tofu.. Everything was good but according to the price there quantity was little less nowdays. They changed the price of all items from couple of months but serve size not good enough.

We came across this shop wanting to fill up on some chow after a 2 hour tennis session finishing at midday in close to 30c heat. After walking past and noticing their lunch special bundle, we were very keen to give this place a taste test. The staff who served us were approachable, friendly and attentive. With their lunch bundle special @$21.90 each, you can order a main of your choice paired with a curry puff and spring roll (or duplicate of either one if you wish), topped off with a canned soft drink of your choice. The cans were cold out of the fridge which was much appreciated. We ordered a beef curry and chicken pad thai which were served up in a timely fashion at the same time as our mains. The icing on the cake for this restaurant was that they allowed us to sit at our table for a while longer to catch up following our meal which was much appreciated and noted. I'll definitely be coming back in the future with others as this was a very enjoyable dining experience.

The food was delicious, and staff were incredibly friendly. We were given complimentary homemade coconut ice cream at the end of our meal as well. Thank you Absolute Thai Hornsby, it was a lovely experience, and we will definitely come again!
