I've had the brulee pancakes a few times now, and am already planning to have them again. They are definitely worth the hype. Wait times can vary, but usually ~10minutes on a weekday around lunchtime. I've also tried the brulee cream puff and the brulee cheese tart - both also excellent. There is no seating, but a couple of stone benches around the street area. It is recommended to have anything brulee fresh, but I also ate them once about 30minutes later, and while most of the crunch was gone (obviously), the caramel flavour was still excellent, and the pancakes themselves had not gone soggy despite all the custard on top.
Tried the souffle, butter dipped and eggettes, all really fantastic . The butter dipped was the standout. Super creamy and honestly one of the most unique ice creams I’ve had. Just a heads up: it melts fast on a hot day, so grab extra napkins. The eggettes were interesting too, the cheese and pandan combo works surprisingly well and gives it a really wonderful taste. Definitely recommend having them with the souffle, it just hits better together. Next time I’ll probably get a long black on my side, I think it may fits better :)
We came here to try the viral food craze. Soufle pancakes. We had the creme Broulee with ice cream, cream and chocolate brownies and its something I've never tasted before in Australia. Absolutely incredible and there are so many other flavours to be had. Really busy with people queuing for their deserts, Dubai chocolate and teas. Highly recommend Its a small shop front where you order, pay and wait for your food number to be called. There is no seating available, takeaway only. But there are plenty of outdoor public seating areas to sit and enjoy your order. There is no toilet here but there are public toilets located within the street. Very difficult to snag a park in the main road and if you do it's only half hour parking. I did notice a large multi level carpark behind the main street. I think that would be your best bet. Wheelchair accessible parking and entry Air lab is amazing, an 11 out of ten. But give yourself some more time to explore this bustling street and lane ways. Definitely a great day out. I really recommend
My Honest Review I tried the crème brûlée pancakes with ice cream on the side. Overall, it’s not bad. The pancakes are fluffy and light, and the ice cream pairs really well with them. The only drawback is that they taste quite eggy, which overpowers the classic pancake flavour you’d usually expect. And its quite over priced for what it is. That said, it’s still a solid spot and a great location to visit with friends and family.
Little packed shop that serves amazing creme brulee products, pancakes, puffs, etc. They also do amazing drinks. I jad a strawberry matcha brulee and it was the BEST. I'd literally travel there again for that. The souffle pancakes were nice and jiggly, lots of topping but best eaten straight away, I also tried the Oreo puff and the creme brulee puff and they were even better than the pancakes . No seating available. They have a huge variety of things to try.
