Probably one of the most comfortable and relaxing dining places in Sydney. Cosy vibes, attentive service and delectable food. We ordered Prosciutto di Parma and Prawn Toast for appetizer, and Barramundi and Rump Cap steak for main. The ingredients were fresh and seasoning just right. Our lunch ended with two scoops of gelato, which were smooth and tasty. Highly recommend.

Easily one of the best and most a affordsbles restaurants in North Sydney. It’s a hidden gem and the Italian - Australian fusion is excellent for business or pleasure gatherings. The pasta and pour menu is excellent for the price of $49 pp. one bread, one main, one side and one drink all included.

This is one of North Sydney’s most fabulous and well priced Italian restaurants. The cocktails are brilliant and there are lots of creative concepts including a Baileys and dark chocolate martini, multiple negronis and raspberry cocktails. Food is excellent and creative-the prawn toast made within a cannelloni shells is excellent. There is a huge loaf of bread served warm with a spicy butter. The kingfish with pepper and chilli is outstanding and the best dish we had. There’s a great sirloin steak on the bone for $80 and salad. The tiramisu is massive and delicious: more than enough for four to share. Lovely wines by the glass and bottle including Italian offerings. Interiors are modern, fresh and elegant.

Went to Letterart last night with 2 girlfriends for a Christmas dinner and had such a lovely time. The food was delicious — very delicate flavours, with more depth than you expect at first bite. Everything felt well thought-out and balanced, and we kept talking about the dishes even after finishing them. The vibe of the restaurant is great: warm, relaxed, and easy to settle into. It felt perfect for a long catch-up with friends. The staff were also super friendly and attentive, which really added to the experience and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, just a really nice night out with great food and a great atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

★★★★★ Spent Valentine’s Day at Bar Lettera and it was exactly what the evening should be: beautiful food, thoughtful drinks and a relaxed atmosphere that doesn’t feel forced or over-the-top. The Valentine’s menu was genuinely impressive. From the burratina with pine nuts and balsamic to the pumpkin ravioli with brown butter and curry oil, every dish showed real creativity while still letting the ingredients shine. The Riverine Black Angus rump cap was perfectly cooked — tender, flavourful and plated with precision. And the elderflower panna cotta with Queen Garnet plum to finish? Light, elegant and the perfect balance of sweet and fresh. The cocktails deserve their own mention. The presentation alone was stunning — from delicate floral-topped creations to a beautifully crafted negroni-style drink with a citrus twist garnish. You can tell there’s real care behind the bar, not just in flavour but in detail. What really stood out though was the atmosphere. Despite being busy for Valentine’s Day, the space felt calm and welcoming. Warm lighting, high ceilings, and a buzzing but not overwhelming energy. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a romantic dinner, a catch-up with friends, or even take yourself out for a great meal and feel completely comfortable.
